VES Direct Delivery Options

VES offer FREE delivery on hundred of products. However, certain, usually larger/heavier VES products do incur a delivery charge. A total delivery charge is calculated at the Check Out and reflects the total weight of chargeable items only.

All products in the short form catalogue have a colour coded delivery star. The star is also shown on the details page of each product on the VES Direct website. The time stated is despatch from receipt of order. Products are then despatched for next working day delivery during normal working hours, unless otherwise stated or if a non-standard delivery option is chosen e.g. Saturday AM.

VES offer non-standard deliveries at an additional charge, where a specific or short time frame is required. Many options are available during check out, however if you require something more specific then please contact our sales office. Options at Check Out:

Free of charge delivery is excluded for the following areas. The Highlands of Scotland, Ireland, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or any other non UK mainland address. Please contact the sales office for delivery periods and costs.

All delivery vehicles will be fixed roof and possibly curtain sided, depending on product size, without off loading facilities. Any deviations such as dedicated vehicles to meet cranes or to suit special site conditions, timed or split delivery will carry additional charges. Please contact our sales office for further details.
